Payment, Delivery and Postage

DELIVERY

You cannot request a delivery date.  Despatch will normally take place within 1-2 days of payment being received (or if payment is made by cheque, within 1-2 days of the cheque clearing - which is usually 5 working days). Confirmation of receipt of order will be sent via email, as will notification of despatch.  A signature will be required on delivery (where recorded delivery is used) and therefore an alternative delivery address may be given when placing your order, if this is more convenient.  At checkout you will have the choice of first or second class recorded, or standard parcel.  Delivery can take 1-2 days for first class post, 3-4 days for second class post and up to 7 working days for standard parcel.    Overseas customers should contact us before placing an order - we will then confirm the delivery costs and payment instructions.

Where items require a signature, orders will not be left unless there is someone available to sign for them.  If a signature cannot be obtained, Royal Mail will leave a card with instructions for you to either collect the item, or to arrange re-delivery.  NOTE: THE ITEM WILL BE HELD AT THE LOCAL SORTING OFFICE FOR ONE WEEK ONLY, after which time it will be returned to us.  In order for us to re-deliver the item to you, we will first require that you pay the cost of re-delivery.
